The Academy for Institutional Investors (AII), formerly known as The Investment Institute (TII), operates as a boutique, woman-owned organization specializing in educational investment conferences. It provides a platform for high-level engagement through small-scale roundtable discussions, referred to as Allocator Investment Huddles, and convenes mid-sized forums twice annually—during the Fall and Spring. These events are designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue among senior investment decision-makers from a diverse range of institutions, including endowments, foundations, pension funds, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, single and multi-family offices, OCIOs, consultants, asset management firms, and other financial entities. The format emphasizes intimacy and strategic exchange, aiming to foster peer learning and industry insights rather than large-scale networking.
